PWP offers a variety of coaching options that are convenient and bespoke to what YOU are looking to achieve.
Online Coaching
Online training packages are tailored and bespoke to your goal! You will have access to a Strength and Conditioning Coach who will ensure that you are successful in reaching your goals through our 5-step programme. You will have a weekly check-in, access to a bespoke training app and resources that will aid you in developing knowledge in how to train yourself for life!
Rehab Strong
Our extensive individualized training approach will enable successful rehabilitation from neurological conditions and musculoskeletal injuries (post-physio sign off). PWP uses an evidence based approach that can be applied pragmatically.
In-Person 1:1 Coaching
In person coaching offers a focused approach centred around strength and conditioning principles. Your bespoke journey will start from assessment, and ensure you build the skills and capacities to build incredible strength and power en route to your successful transformation.
Group Training
Strength and Conditioning training in a small to large group format. These sessions will enable strength and conditioning to be provided at a cheaper cost per person. These sessions are focused around long term athletic development for the sub-population involved in the session.
