Paul's Background

Strength and Athletic Development Training for Everyone! 

Paul has been a strength and conditioning coach for nearly a decade! He has experience working as a strength and conditioning coach in professional football, rugby and sailing, as well as working as a sprints coach in athletics. Paul also has built extensive experience working in long term athletic development with young athletes in various sports between the ages of 11-18. 

Paul has a Masters degree in Strength and Conditioning (Distinction) and is accredited by the UK Strength and Conditioning Association. Paul also is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), EXOS Performance Specialist, a qualified Weightlifting Coach (BWL), Football (FA Level 1) and Athletics Coach.

Currently, Paul works primarily with a variety of clients between the ages of 11-72! Paul's philosophy is centred around developing strength and creating sustainable training and lifestyle habits for the benefits of longevity, injury prevention and athletic development for everyday life and sporting performance.
