PW's Philosophy
Ultimately, training should be centred around continual improvement. The word 'Kaizen', which is a Japanese phrase for progressive improvement, is at the forefront of everything PWP stands for.
It doesn't matter if you are a 50 year old Mum of 4, or a Footballer trying to reclaim a place in an academy; you will go through training that will promote longevity in movement and enable you to be stronger and more athletic than last week's version of you.
Strength and Conditioning should be available to all. Everyone should have access to elite level strength training for the goals of;
- Fat loss - Strength Development for Rehab - Building Muscle Mass - Athletic Development for Sports Performance - Strength Training for Everyday Life.

Every client will have a bespoke path that they will take depending on what they are looking to achieve with their training. However, the pillars around PWP's philosophy for training are applied with equal measure for every single person's training.
ASSESS the state of play - 'Preparation'. Establishing your current training status + overall lifestyle through our assessment process. This enables us to individualize your goals.
BUILD tolerance - 'Building the base'. This will be where we start to build your physical capacity for all of the training throughout the programme (GPP).
CREATE robustness - 'Intensification'. Intensity goes up and volume comes down. You will start to see the fruits of your labor and physical changes become evident.
DEVELOP ownership - 'Realization'. Phase II of becoming the athlete you want to be. The body feels more connected to powerful movements.
EDUCATE you. Throughout the programme, you will develop the knowledge of how to train yourself to be Better, Faster, Stronger to align with your performance goal.
