
Youth Athletic Development
PWP has experience of developing a successful Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD) model for athletes between the ages of 10-18.
Strength and Conditioning (10-18)
Our group based sessions develop athletic qualities that transfer to a variety of different sports. The LTAD model enables athletic progression with consideration to girl's and boys growth process through adolescence. Our model uses an applied approach that has a foundation in Youth LTAD literature. Our sessions are based out of PBD Fitness in Cuckfield.


Speed Training 10+ (incl. adults)
The need for speed has never been greater. PWP offers bespoke training that has been proven to be successful in developing real speed in-game and on the track.
You will get- Sprint Profiling to identify how you can get faster - Technical training of speed qualities - Specific in-game scenarios to turn technical qualities into effective in-game speed.
