I've been working with Paul for 2 years now, with the intention of getting fit for the 21/22 season. With his guidance i was able to lose 18kg over 8 months.
Additionally, Paul noticed an issue with my right ankle and advised that I sought medical advice. A scan found serious ligament damage. Paul not only helped with my strength training during rehabilitation, but also provided support outside of training with numerous phone calls.
I can honestly say I am back to full health and looking forward to this season. I cannot recommend this man more!

I was referred to Paul from my physio after finding out i had chronic tendonitis in both of my knees. I hadn't played football for a good few months due to the injuries. I worked with Paul on a plan that he put together to help build capacity and develop strength. The plans were enjoyable and helped me establish some goals to keep me motivated. A few months after training with Paul my knee pain has reduced and I was getting fitter and fitter. To this day, I am now back playing football with no knee pain. I couldn't thank Paul enough and would recommend him to anyone!
